Understanding the relevance of a Quality Management System, Precision Bearings Pvt. Ltd. (ZNL) is ISO 9001-2015 & IATF 16949-2016 certified company, hence we strictly adhere the Quality Management System.
We are doing all the CORETOOLS related activities like APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC & MSA for new development of O.E.M. items. We are regularly doing SPC (control chart Xbar- R chart with Cp &Cpk value) for critical parameters like ID size of IR and OD size of OR.
As a IATF 16949-2016 certified company, we have document and Data control system and also doing inspection and Testing of Incoming material, In process and Final Product as per documented procedure.
We also have system for controlling non-confirming product and promote corrective and Preventive action accordingly.

Indigenous designed Life Testing Machine is capable of testing bearing life for 30mm to 180 mm Outer diameter of bearing. This machine is designed such a way that we can apply maximum 20T Radial and Axial load on the bearing. This is fully Automatic machine with SCARDO system and it shows indication of RPM of Shaft, temp. of bearing, load applied on the bearing etc. on computer screen. By calculating load and RPM, we can find out the the hours for bearing and accordingly we can test L10 Life of bearings.
Surface roughness tester instrument is used to check surface finish of the races after honing and grinding process.
As name suggest, this instrument is used for checking noise and vibration level of Taper, Cylindrical, Spherical, angular contact and deep groove ball bearings.
We have established Metallurgical Lab. We can check chemical composition like C, Cr, Mn, S, Hardness , Decarb, Microstructure, Grain size and Inclusion rating in Raw Material AND Annealed material.
We can also check Hardness (HRC), Microstructure, Grain size & Inclusion rating in Heat Treated components.
