| 1996 | Founded in Naroda, Gujarat with 700 Sq. Yards of land, 16 machines, and a capacity of 108,000 pieces. Manufactured first Deep Groove Ball Bearing (6309). |
| 1998 | Certified as ISO 9001 Company. Made first export to the UK. |
| 2000 | Shifted base to Changodar, Gujarat, with 1500 Sq. Yard area and 30 machines. Capacity increased to 180,000 pieces. |
| 2001 | Started in-house roller grinding facility. First roller fabricated from 22215 CCW33 bearing. Participated in first international trade shows. |
| 2003 | Manufactured spherical and taper bearings up to 160mm diameter on 4500 Sq. Yard land. Added 45 machines. Capacity reached 300,000 pieces. |
| 2004 | Acquired Karnataka Ball Bearing Plant. Began manufacturing full complement cylindrical roller bearings. |
| 2005 | Annual capacity increased to 1 million pieces with automated machinery. Started producing E-design Spherical Roller Bearings up to 350mm diameter. |
| 2008 | Began regular supply to Indian Defense Department for combat vehicles. |
| 2009 | Achieved breakthrough with Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) and Indian Air Force for combat helicopters. |
| 2010 | Signed ₹100 Cr MoU with Government of Gujarat. Doubled annual capacity with 120+ machines. |
| 2011 | Certified ISO/TS 16949 by TUV Rheinland. Implemented S.A.P. for effective manufacturing. |
| 2012 | Added fully automated lines for Taper Roller Bearings and Ball Bearings from grinding to assembly. |
| 2013 | Registered with ASRTU and MECON Ltd. Breakthrough in BHEL and ONGC. |
| 2014 | Registered with SAIL, TNEB, and GEB. |
| 2015 | Added “RABBIT” auto grinding line for bearing rings and “R&S” auto assembly line for ball and taper roller bearings. |
| 2017 | Received OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Environmental Certifications. |
| 2018 | Received IATF 16949:2016 Quality Certification. Added auto spherical roller filling machines. |
| 2020 | Commenced business operations in Canada. |
| 2021 | Listed as an approved vendor in Eastern Railway Vendor Directory. |

Our dream would not have been materialised if not for the extraordinary people working for us who stood up to our vision and mission statement, working against all odds to prove that even an acceptable impossibility is better than a convincing possibility. And of course for the huge clientele who trusted our endeavour in manufacturing their dream products with precision and professionalism.
I appreciate the continued support and commitment of our employees and customers in our success venture. Reflecting on the long history of this company and looking ahead at the coming years, I strongly believe that we will be building new exciting markets for our products all over the world.
