Timeline

1996Founded in 1996, ZNL began its operations in Naroda, Gujarat, with a capacity of 108,000 pieces. With 700 Sq. Yards’ land and 16 machines, manufactured first deep groove ball bearings in size 6309.
1996
1998Certified as ISO 9001 Company. Made first export to UK.
1998
2000For better growth, shifted our base to Changodar, Gujarat that occupies 1500 Sq. Yard and 30 machines. Our annual capacity became 180,000 pieces.
2000
2001Started an in-house roller grinding facility, where our first roller was fabricated out of a 22215 CCW33 bearing. Also, participated in the first-ever International Trade shows.
2001
2003Manufactured spherical and taper bearings up to 160mm diameter in 4500 Sq. Yard land. Added 45 machines in our factory that can produce up to 300,000 pieces annually.
2003
2004Acquired Karnataka Ball bearing plant.

Successfully, started manufacturing full compliment cylindrical roller bearing.
2004
2005Manufacturing capacity increased to 1 million pieces annually, by adding highly automated machinery. Started producing spherical roller E-design type bearings up to 350mm in diameter.
2005
2008Started supplying regularly to Indian Defense department for combat vehicles.
2008
2009Received a breakthrough in the aviation industry from Hindustan Aeronautics limited. The Indian Air force’s department has begun using ZNL bearings for combat helicopters.
2009
2010Signed an MoU of 100 Cr to work with the government of Gujarat. Also doubled the annual producing capacity with more than 120 machines.
2010
2011|Certified ISO/TS16949 by TUV Rheinland for designing and manufacturing more than 2500 sizes of bearings. Also implemented S.A.P for effective manufacturing.
2011
2012Added fully automated i.e. from grinding to assembly taper roller bearing and ball bearing lines.
2012
2013Registered with ASRTU and MECON Limited. Breakthrough in BHEL and ONGC.
2013
2014Registered with SAIL/TNEB/GEB
2014
2015Added “RABBIT” automatic production line for Ball Bearing & Roller Bearing Ring Grinding and “R&S” automatic assembly line for Ball Bearing & Taper Roller Bearing.
2015
2017Received OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Environmental Certificate.
2017
2018Received IATF 16949:2016 Quality Certificate and added Auto Spherical Roller Filling Machines.

2020Start of business in Canada.

2021As a approved vendor in eastern railway vendor directory.

Celebrating our 25 years journey, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my organisation and associates for their dedication and hard work as a consequence of which ZNL Bearings has today gained an international standing in the bearings market.

Our dream would not have been materialised if not for the extraordinary people working for us who stood up to our vision and mission statement, working against all odds to prove that even an acceptable impossibility is better than a convincing possibility. And of course for the huge clientele who trusted our endeavour in manufacturing their dream products with precision and professionalism.

I appreciate the continued support and commitment of our employees and customers in our success venture. Reflecting on the long history of this company and looking ahead at the coming years, I strongly believe that we will be building new exciting markets for our products all over the world.
